Had fun night fishing again with you Brock. Thanks for navigating the boat and letting me lace into some walleyes. One of my co-workers cooked the fish we caught tonight at work and it was amazing. I am excited for bow season here, saw many trail camera picks from the locals, looks to be an exciting season. Thanks again Hang Loose...

Great job . Sure is a joy to see that you minnesotans are still enjoying the Great White North. I was there for the First smelt run. Lived on Moose point for almost 30 years.

But at any rate, Mr. Brock you should make a trip this spring to leech lake. We can catch some bass and fry up some bass eggs and roll some tobacco cigerettes. I found their beds

Show us some love and give us some comments............ Rainy River is soon approaching and all of you know what that means.. The Little Fork and Big Fork continue to drop and runoff is pretty much out of the question. The only thing that can ruin the walleye bite now is one good rain storm or a bunch of snow and then hot temperatures. Water temps continue to slightly rise. We will await 42 degrees and then its on like hot wax..............

Sunday, pike must of been non active. Hit one little lake in northern Itasca county: one flag about 26 incher, and a few small gills and crappies.
Moved to a larger lake to flag and catch nice crappies: outcome 0 flags and 11 real nice crappies. Think the real high pressure had a large affect on those pike. Must of just been chillin all day eating small baits. Oh yeah cause Mama did catch a 30 inch healthy pike on a rat finke tipped with a waxie....

Tomorrow: Flag small top secret lakes for pike. Pike are probably theee coolest fish ever....
Snagger rigs are going to be snagging pike in both corners of the mouth..
Let you know how it goes...

Today, we tried to catch silver fish that swim in packs. The reason: bait for L.O.W in March; Hog Pike. We did not succeed. Went way up north with the brother to top secret; few very nice crappies. Beautiful day today, can't complain!~
